Blue eye shadow (Stylish blue make-up - Step by step)

It's been a while since I showed a colorful make-up in the blog - but now it's itching in my fingers! Here is a blue make-up in step by step description with blue eye shadow!

It has become very down-to-earth and simple make-up lately, simply because they are the ones you think are most useful, all my posts are also material for our web shop, so I have had a slightly different focus.

Today's make-up is also very easy to do - but unlike my latest looks, it is also very colorful! :)

The make-up is completely done with the blue eye shadow Paese Neo Eyeshadow (661) which is such a nice blue color!

BASE:

Colored face primer - glo Tinted Primer (Medium)
Concealer - Pixi Pat Away Concealing Base (2 Nude)
Powder that neutralizes redness - glo Redness relief powder
Powder - Paese Bamboo Silk Powder
Contouring - Contouring Palette (2)
Rouge - Paese Powder Blush (55)
Fixing Mist - Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist

Eyebrows - glo Micro Brow Pencil (Light brown)

Lip pencil on the entire lips - glo Lip Liner (Java)
Bright lipstick dipped in the middle - Paese Silky Matte Liquid Lipstick (706)

Blue eye shadow then, it's SO nice!

Absolutely the most beautiful I feel when I match blue make-up to a dark and maybe a little cooler outfit. Everyone has different styles and I am zero "cool" in my own clothing style, but like a simple black dress and a large gray cozy cardigan over. Nice but not at all festive or cute if you understand what I mean? :)

Speaking of clothes and style, I do not usually mix so much such styling into my looks (maybe boring?) But put all the focus on the face. But I'm starting to think it's fun with garments and accessories that "gild" the clothes I already have, I do not need more clothes such as pants, sweaters, dresses but on the other hand I have been completely saved by scarves and kimono capes (unclear name, a kimono without sleeves, like a piece of fabric he only wears over himself?) something you can add to basically all outfits and suddenly you have the worst nice style and a lot of different outfits from the small wardrobe you have!

Kimono capes are almost nowhere to be bought though? And I'm quite picky when it comes to scarfs .. May start my own and start designing myself;) Would you buy?

If you do not understand what I mean by "kimono capes", you can read my post about last year's Spain road trip here! It's the one I'm wearing at “stop no. 3 ”in the post.

Wow how long did I start talking clothes all of a sudden! Miska is not home and I am alone and talkative :) Now back to the make-up:

EYES:

Prime with eye primer before you start! I use an eye primer that comes as a novelty in the webshop very soon!

  1. Blue eye shadow on the entire eyelid, Paese Neo Eyeshadow (661)
  2. Fade out in the globe line
  3. The same shade along the lower lash line as well
  4. Light shadow in the corner of the eye and under the brow, Paese cashmere eyeshadow (667)
  5. Black soft eyeliner made with a carbon black eyeshadow, Paese cashmere eyeshadow (602)
  6. Black mascara on the upper lashes, Magnetic lash mascara

Clear! So simple!

Hugs are! ♥

Warm everyday make-up with Paese

Paese Matte Eyeshadow Trio is a small palette (the same size as a normal eyeshadow divided into three) and this series is available in my webshop in 3 different colors!

One in grayscale that I showed a step by step make-up with in this post.
One in dark brown tones that I have done many step by step make-ups with, you will find several in this post.

And now it's time to show the third variant - the color 103 is a warmer and more discreet palette with a light beige, a sand beige and a light brown shade. Incredibly useful!

BASE:

All products are in my web shop Creativemakeup.se!

Face primer - Paese Makeup Base (Mattifying)
Foundation -
Pixi H2O Skintint (3 Warm)
Concealer - Pixi Pat Away Concealing Base (1 Cream)
Powder that neutralizes redness - glo Redness relief powder
Powder - Paese Bamboo Silk Powder
Contouring - Contouring Palette (2)
Rouge - Paese Powder Blush (38)
Fixing Mist - Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist

Eyebrows - glo Micro Brow Pencil (Light brown)

Colored lip balm - Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm (Scarlet sorbet)
Lip pencil - glo Lip Liner (Moxie)

The good thing about these everyday shades is not only that they are discreet but also that they are quick to apply! Many people who only use eyeshadow for parties think that "it takes a long time to use eyeshadows" and therefore it skips to everyday, but with more discreet tones, both application and fading are incredibly fast :) The result is soft and nice immediately!

EYES:

All products are in my web shop Creativemakeup.se! All eyeshadows come from, as I said Paese Matte Eyeshadow Trio (103)

Prime with eye primer before you start! I use Pixi Eye Bright Primer.

  1. Beige eye shadow in the middle of the eyelid
  2. Brown shadow at the end of the eyelid and along the globe line
  3. The same shadow under the eye
  4. Light eye shadow in the corner of the eye and under the brow
  5. Black soft eyeliner made with a carbon black eyeshadow, Paese cashmere eyeshadow (602)
  6. Black mascara on the upper lashes, Magnetic lash mascara

Clear!

Favorite combo! Lip pencil + colored lip balm

In the blog post ”improve on the lipstick”I mentioned that I love combo lip pencil + colored lip balm both for everyday and for parties.

Today I therefore thought to show you three different combinations with lip pencil + colored lip balm that are in my web shop Creativemakeup.se! :)

The lip pencil is glo Skin Beauty Lip Liner and the colored lip balm (which is my absolute favorite lip product) Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm!

The lip balm is available in six different shades, in this post I have shown three of them and actually skipped the shade I use the most because I have shown it a thousand times in the blog already;) and it is the shade Ripe Raspberry that I have always had 3 of - one in my purse, one at home by the make-up mirror and one on the desk where I work.

Here you can instead see the shades Honey nectar, Sweet peach and Scarlet sorbet together with different lipsticks!

What's so great about this combo?

1. Nice! I like sharp contours that you can easily get with the lip pencil. The lip balm is also available in different colors that can be combined with basically any lip pencil, regardless of whether you want a colorful color or a more discreet one.

2. Durable! The lip pencil in the contours I usually do not improve at all, when you eat / drink it rarely disappears from the whole lip but the contours are still there.

3. Easy to improve! A colored lip balm is semi-opaque and therefore easier to improve because it does not get as sharp, I often do it completely without a mirror. I do the lips in the morning and then I just take the lip balm with me.

4. Comfortable and caring! Many lipsticks today contain caring ingredients, but it rarely strikes a real lip balm. Lip balm is creamy in a soft and comfortable way that I feel very comfortable in! I am "allergic" to smudges on the lips, I also have a little difficulty with lip gloss even those of good quality (it is a matter of taste too) but I love the feeling of these lip balms!

Coral crush & Sweet peach:

The Coral Crush lip pencil is very nice together with the peach-colored lip balm Sweet peach.

I start by making sharp contours with the lip pencil.

Then I dab with the pen towards the lip so that the color is a little toned.

And so on with the lip balm! I apply to the entire lip but not necessarily to the millimeter at the far end of the contours. But so that the pen + lip balm are a little wrapped around each other.

Then it will be so nice! :)

Soulmate & Honey nectar:

A lighter combo is the lip pencil Soulmate which together with the lip balm Honey nectar gives a light but very nice tone on the lips.

The lip pencil in the contours + intonated a bit. This lip liner is super nice all alone too!

But with the lip balm Honey nectar as well, you get a softer and more moisturized feeling on the lips! :)

Moxie & Scarlet sorbet:

My favorite combo is these lip balms for stronger colors such as red and dark pink, as it is extra worth having a quick and easy way to improve during the day :)

Lip pencil in the contours :) Then dab a little towards the lips as well, as in all the other pictures I have shown!

With the red lip balm then you get a shitty and durable red mouth that is easy to improve during the day!

If you use these lip balms without lip pencil, then they are not as pigment-rich as the end result in these pictures :) So if you want a more discreet lip one day, these alone are great for that, of course.

Shout out if you have any questions! Hug ♥

Improve your lipstick on the go

0

Do you think it is nice with colorful and / or dark lip colors? Dare to use it too (or above all) when you go to events and other fun! :)

Many people skip strong lip colors so as not to have to keep an eye on the lipstick / improve during the day, but do you know? It's actually not hard at all!

It is so many I talk to who love strong / darker lip colors and who even have several pieces at home that they enjoy very much - but when it comes to the crunch and you are going on something fun, you still take a more discreet tone just to the thought of having to keep track of the lipstick and get better during the evening feels awkward.

For those of you who recognize yourself in this:

  1. If you have the right products, you actually do not need to improve very often.
  2. The point of this post - Improving lip makeup is actually not that hard! :)

Here I am sitting in a vegetarian restaurant in Granada. The lips are a red lip pencil (Benecos Natural Lip Liner in my webshop) which I have on my whole lips - holds great, but nothing holds for the big green hamburger I had just pressed in me;) A small pocket mirror and pen in the handbag take up zero space. Then there are a few quick strokes with the pen and I have an equally nice red mouth for several more hours!

I also skipped strong lipsticks before!

Before, I also always skipped colorful lipsticks when I was going away due to not having to think about my lips. Then I went to the Swedish Beauty & Cosmetic Awards 2015 and the theme was 20s, it was not possible to skip dark lips then as well;) despite a 3-course dinner, 400 guests from the beauty industry and photographers around! I remember thinking about it a lot before, should I run to the toilet and reflect between each dish?

Then we sat around the dinner table and opposite me sat Linda Hallberg who was then much more experienced than me, both in terms of lipstick and big events;) She had dark plum lips and within a few seconds she picked up a small pocket mirror and a lipstick from his envelope bag, pulled two pulls and then down again. So fast! So simple! Is really about seconds :)

I had not even thought the thought before that it would be so simple. As easy as you take a little lip balm or a chewing gum, it is just as easy to improve the lipstick even if it is a bright color and sharp edges. After this, I always have which lipstick I want on me!

Another night at Valdevaqueros in Tarifa :) Here I have the lip pencil glo Lip Pencil (Vino) which is also available in my web shop!

Product tips!

You do not have to have a lip liner for it to last a long time / be easy to improve, but carpet and more "solid" products generally last longer than e.g. lip gloss or creamy lipsticks that glide around more on the lips.

There is a combo that I run almost every day (when I do not take blog makeup, then I want to vary more) and it is lip pencil and a colored lip balm!

The lip pencil in the contours lasts all day (you rarely eat so that it sabs out in the contours, a little depending on how narrow lips you have of course) and the colored lip balm is so soft and nice on the lips and because it is not as opaque as a lipstick so you can improve without the need for a mirror! Two moves later it's done :)

In this picture I have glo Lip Liner (Moxie) in the contours + intonated a little against the lip, then Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm (Scarlet Sobert) on the rest of the lips. So nice, so durable and so easy to improve on! :) Also available in my webshop!

This Tuesday we came home from Spain and this is my first post after the trip :) You who follow me on Instagram have seen a lot! Usually you set out from the finest angles and the best opportunities so that the holiday looks more dreamy from the outside than it actually is, but despite all the nice pictures, I feel the opposite - it is not close to how good we had it! So completely magical !! Such nice places and we have laughed a lot and had such a great time together, best ♥

I have put on more make-up than I usually do on holiday too, a good sign I think! That the inspiration is there even though I do not put on make-up for the job :) A lot of lipstick, eyeliner and glitter in the corner of the eye! And a sloppy hair knot every day, it was crazy too hot to let go!

Hope you did not think the blog was too boring during the time with timed posts.

Hugs are!

Brown sweeping - Complement shimmer with matte (Make-up)

I have shown many simple make-ups with Paese's new eye shadows lately. All of these are shimmery and I have usually used only one or two from the same series to show the different colors as clearly as possible.

In other words, there have been very shimmery make-ups in the blog for a while now :)

But the most beautiful thing in my opinion is to combine matte and shimmer, then they emphasize each other and it becomes a nice contrast and a little more "deep" in the make-up.

That's why I made a brown sweep today with two dark brown eye shadows - one matte and one shimmery!

Hope you like the makeup :)

BASE:

Face primer - Paese Makeup Base (Mattifying)
Foundation -
Pixi H2O Skintint (2 Nude)
Concealer - Pixi Pat Away Concealing Base (1 Cream)
Powder that neutralizes redness - glo Redness relief powder
Powder - Paese Bamboo Silk Powder
Contouring - Contouring Palette (2)
Rouge - Paese Powder Blush (38)
Fixing Mist - Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist

Eyebrows - glo Micro Brow Pencil (Light brown)

Colored lip balm - Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm (Sweet Peach)

In today's make - up I use a matte and shimmery together, but I have also recently shown how these look completely alone as well :)
