I want to tell you about a new deodorant that I have started using! It's a deodorant from Yvonne Ryding which I got home a press sample of a while ago.
I was super happy when I opened the package! First of all, I love the pink color, it is my new favorite color (I am more periodic when it comes to colors haha) and have actually just painted my nails this semi-dark pink just like the deodorant. The color is very pink without being scream in any way, and at the same time just dark without turning red. How nice!
The other thing that made me happy was that it smelled so heavenly good as soon as I opened the letter (there was some other stuff from the same series in there too) and I really love the scent! It does not say anywhere in words what it smells like, but I immediately thought of raspberries. A mild and fresh "freshly washed scent" with a hint of raspberry, my nose would say!
The deodorant is developed for sensitive skin (free from alcohol) and works well even immediately after shaving. It contains rapeseed oil with natural Vitamin E and, like all other Yvonne Ryding products, has the same pH value as the skin, which is great.
The smell is promised to last well for 24 hours and I absolutely think it does, I usually improve every morning if I have not showered and then I think it keeps the armpits fresh for a very long time! Good both immediately after the shower and when you want to take a raggar shower in other words :)

Winter is a real cold period and wherever you go, there is always someone who coughs and feels bad. Then a hand alcohol is very nice to always have with you, so you can quickly "wash your hands" immediately after the bus ride or when you feel like it.
And for me as a makeup artist, it is also important to have clean hands, but if you put on a lot of make-up on a conveyor belt, you may not have time to wash your hands all the time. Then hand alcohol is also super good!
But I personally have never liked hand alcohol, not even those that are supposed to moisturize and smell good, I think I keep what they promise. The hands feel dehydrated after a few times and the scents either smell of alcohol or too strong of anything else added.
This is how I have felt until now, when I have tested Aesop Resurrection Rinse-Free Hand Wash which is a softening and moisturizing hand sanitizer that kills bacteria! It's great!
The bottle is small and convenient to carry in your handbag / make-up bag. And the opening is a small hole that drips out the hand alcohol, and it is easy to push out more if you want a larger amount quickly. In other words, it is easy to get both a single drop or a "pool" depending on how much you want :)
The scent is quite natural, I can not really put my finger on it but it smells good I think, quite mild when you have got it on your hands. The scent disappears quickly.
And the feeling is wonderful, the wet surface evaporates quickly and you are not at all sticky or damp afterwards but just very soft and smooth on the hands!
You can use it as many times as you like and your hands still feel moisturized.

The lipstick is two different shades of Paese Lipstick with argan oil, the apricot pink shade is no. 16 and the light in the middle is no. 35.

I have bleached my teeth at home a few times, and the only brands I have been able to recommend are those that contain bite splints that you can shape yourself. I have not even been able to test the others, because my teeth that are not straight do not fit in the mold.
But in terms of results, there are two differences that I have reacted to when it comes to the professional bleaching that I did yesterday, which stands out compared to home bleaching. And that is:
1. The even result! The clinic whitening becomes so much smoother and finer on the teeth, it becomes so fine along the gum line and there are really no yellow shifts left on the teeth. My canines otherwise have a tendency to not be as white as the rest of the front teeth, but they are now!
And if you bleach at home, you do not have much control over stains, tartar and things that can make the bleaching uneven, it is checked up and removed if you bleach at the clinic.
The white result! I thought I had white teeth before, and I especially thought my teeth were white after the home bleaching I have done before. But now I see that they can actually be WHITE! :) Super fun with such a big difference!
I try to make a flirtatious wink at the picture, but can not really determine if I succeed or if I just look incredibly bothered haha.
In addition, I must also add that the home bleaching for me did not last super long, maybe because they did not turn as white as they are now. But this bleaching should last for about 5 years (probably more for me who has such good teeth and takes good care of them) so if you think long-term, it is definitely worth the money to bleach at the clinic!

Yesterday I was in Uppsala and did something I have never done professionally before, I whitened my teeth!
Emelie Nixon, better known as "Stjärnornas Tandblekare" is now taking bookings in Uppsala as well! On some selected days, she is at the salon Creative Make Up (right in the center), so all of us who are closer to Uppsala than Stockholm do not have to go that far :)
Emelie is a trained dental nurse and works with the brand Brilliant Smile, Sweden's leading method in clinic bleaching. She has whitened the teeth of many famous people, the list is long, and just a month ago she actually participated and bleached in a live broadcast on Malou After Ten!
Here is my result!
I'm soooo happy! I told her to bleach them as much as possible (you can choose different strengths) and my teeth are even whiter than the lightest on the shade scale she had! Before, I was 5 shades darker than the lightest.

This is how it works:
1. Start by brushing your teeth to remove superficial coatings, stains and any tartar. However, she did not have to do that to me, I was ready to go;)
2. Then apply a liquid plastic mass along the gum line, to protect the gums from the gel.
Gel with hydrogen peroxide is applied directly to the teeth and activated with blue plasma light. The light itself does not fade, it speeds up the bleaching process by activating the gel. Plasma light is completely free of carcinogenic UV light and harmful wavelengths.
4. Rinse off the gel and apply again after 20 minutes, and do this three times.
The whole treatment takes a little more than an hour, and then Nanoseal is applied to the teeth, which means that you can eat and drink immediately afterwards! Some charge about SEK 500 extra for Nanoseal, but that is included in the price at Emelie.
The durability of course varies depending on how well you take care of your teeth, but you usually say about 5 years. But if you smoke, snuff and drink coffee and red wine very often, it can last a shorter time, but for me who has neither easy to get yellow teeth nor mistreat them, for me it can last for probably 10 years!
Tooth decay is common with teeth whitening, but in fact quite unusual with Brilliant Smile, some people feel it in the evening but 95% does not feel it at all.
This is partly due to the fact that Brilliant Smiles gel has a neutral pH value, which means that the bleaching will not etch the tooth surface or change the structure of the enamel molecules. It does not hurt the teeth in the least! In addition, the gel contains ingredients that counteract irritation, strengthen teeth and repair damage to tooth enamel. So you can even get healthier and stronger teeth! :)
But people with sensitive teeth (often young people) can it hurts, and I have extremely many problems with rashes so I actually felt it already on the treatment. But only in 2-3 teeth in the lower jaw, and it is so unusual that I looked at Emelie that she was shocked when I said that it hurried haha. It also felt in the evening, then in more teeth, but not so that it was unbearable or so! She said I could take Alvedon or Ipren if it got hard, because it hurried so early, but I never had to.
But as I said, I have very sensitive teeth, sometimes people look at me when I drink something cold "how strange you drink!”And that's because over the years I have developed a special technique for drinking without touching my teeth haha. I don 't even think about it anymore, that's just how I drink now :)

It is important that you do not confuse this teeth whitening with those that are offered cheaply at, for example, Let´s Deal, Groupon and various fairs. They say that they do "real clinic bleaching" but what they actually do is a so-called "touch up", which means shorter treatment time and weaker bleaching gel.
