I do not know if this tan without sun is "best in test" as I have not tested other / new brands in a long time, but I reviewed lots of BUS products a few years ago and have also been a reseller for one brand. So I have quite a lot of experience anyway :)

An exciting news is tanning drops, it is brown without sun that is dropped into its night or day cream to get a sun-kissed result. More about it further down!

In this great review and guide I go through Ida Warg tan without sun and how to use it. You will also get answers to questions such as - How to get rid of tan without sun? How long does brown last without sun? & How to apply tan without sun?

Ida Warg brown without sun review

Ida Warg tan without sun is 100% vegan and cruely-free and made in Scandinavia. The BUS product series contains everything needed for both the face and the body to get a nice tan without a sun look. Ida Warg Beauty was started in 2018 by the influencer Ida Warg and in addition to BUS products also has skin care and hair care.

These products are included in this Ida Warg review!

How long does brown last without sun?

Usually stays brown without sun for about a week, but it gradually decreases daily. The durability mainly depends on how often you shower and if you scrub in the shower, the same applies to Ida Warg BUS products.

In order for tan without sun to last longer, some good tips are not to take long showers in too hot water, use a mild shower cream and soap with your hands, not scrubbing sponge.

How to apply tan without sun?

I apply BUS with Ida Warg tanning mitt, which is a brown without sun glove. But you can also apply tan without sun with your hands. I have seen someone who applied brown without sun with a sock, I think you need to have a very soft sock in such cases but have not tested myself :)

Below you see my tan without sun routine:

apply brown without sun, apply bus

Tip! Feel free to moisturize the skin properly the days before / regularly, to have as few dry parts as possible.

Scrub the skin before tanning without sun? Yes or no?

I usually exfoliate the skin before tanning without sun to get a smoother color. But can you get a longer shelf life on tan without sun by not scrubbing the skin before? According to the instructions on Ida Warg BUS, you should not exfoliate the skin before - because then it lasts longer. Why? It is not clear, but I heard from you and asked! The answer is that the more dead skin cells, the more color. That's reasonable. Then why more color means longer durability, I still do not understand because the dead skin cells release well "when they should" anyway.

But the product nerd Helena does not have to cave me down more than that;) I have exfoliated the skin a day before and then applied for a while after showering. It has worked great!

Moisturize before tanning without sun

It is good to lubricate dry areas with a moisturizing cream before, otherwise the mischief product may become more brown in that area. I myself have no dry areas (the girl with oily skin hehe) so can not comment on how it settles on dryness :)

apply tan without sun with glove

Apply tan without sun, general tips:

Take a fair amount of tan without sun and apply an even layer all over the body. It should be enough to not risk a spotty result or that you miss areas, so do not skimp. But not thick either, because it should melt into the skin properly as if you lubricate yourself with a regular lotion.

I usually start with the legs and then work upwards, but it does not really matter how you do it, but it is good to be methodical so that you do not miss any area. A good idea is to finish with your arms and hands last.

You do the same regardless of whether you apply tan without sun with glove / mitten or with your hands.

Miska usually lubricates my back. But if you have a glove, it is easier to do on the back of yourself, because you can lay brown without the sun on the other side of the mittens and apply with the back of the hand.

Then avoid water for a certain period afterwards, exactly how long it stays on the product.

Apply tan without sun on the face

When I apply on the face, I usually avoid the area just around the eyes. Apply thinly on the cheekbones underneath so that there is a smooth transition to the skin around the eyes.

I, who naturally have a lot of redness around the nose, put a thinner layer there as well, otherwise it will be extra dark with the red color with brown without sun on.

I usually skip the ears too, actually. It is so difficult to get an even color on them, it is more visible that you have brown without sun if it is spotted, than if you happen to have a little pale ears.

Apply tan without sun on the face

Apply tan without sun under the arms

Since the armpits are an area with a lot of stress (hot, chapped and deodorant every day), I usually put a very thin layer there. Almost nothing, but still a bit for a nice transition.

It can dissolve and become spotty under the arms after 2-3 days. Then it's nicer to instead lay thin and try to get a smooth transition, I think.

mischief in the armpits

Apply tan without sun on the hands and feet

Regardless of whether you apply tan without sun with your hands or with a glove, I usually think like this about hands and feet:

  • Avoid the palms
  • Apply sparingly on the top, so you get a smooth transition but not a super brown result.
  • Apply even more sparingly on and around the fingers and toes, because there it can easily become stained.
How to apply tan without sun on my hands:

If you are going to apply with brown without sun-glove / brown without sun-mitten:

  1. Lubricate the arms last
  2. Lubricate the arm that you do not have the glove on. On the underside of the arm, I lay sparingly on the wrist and rub up a little against the thumb and little finger for a smooth transition.
  3. Apply sparingly but carefully on the back of the hand and between the fingers.
  4. Let sink in for a few seconds only
  5. Change hands, put brown without the sun glove on the already lubricated hand.
  6. Do the same on the other hand

Clear!

brown without sun on the hands, feet

If you are going to apply on the hands, without a glove:

  1. Lubricate the arms last, wait to apply on the hands
  2. Wash your hands (because you have a lot of tan without sun in your palms) gently without splashing on your body or rinsing too high on your arms
  3. Take a small tan without sun on a cotton pad
  4. Apply with the cotton pad sparingly but carefully on the back of the hand and between the fingers. On both hands.

Clear!

If you do not have a cotton pad or something similar you can use, you can do this routine but instead apply gently with just your fingertips. Then wipe your fingertips on a damp paper or damp towel that you are not afraid of.

How to get rid of tan without sun?

To get rid of BUS, I recommend a warm bath or a long hot shower to soften the skin and then scrub thoroughly with a sponge and for example Vitalizing enzyme body peel from Ida Warg (Shop here at Nordicfeel.se, adlink).

It does not help much to just scrub, but you need to warm up the skin properly. The more the better!

Ida Warg brown without sun face & body

Products I tested from Ida Warg brown without sun are tanning drops, self tanning body lotion, face lotion, self tanning mousse & their tanning mitt. There is also self tanning face & body spray, but I have not tested this (yet).

Ida Warg - Instant Self Tanning Mousse, 150ml

Product description:
The uncolored brown-without-sun mousse that gives a beautiful sun-kissed result in just 3 hours with the help of DHA, is extracted from natural sugar. The mousse is easy to use and perfect for you who want easy application and a natural result. Perfume free, vegan & cruelty free. 150 ml ”

tanning mousse, brown without sun mousse

My review of this Ida Warg brown without sun:

Formula: Like that it is fragrance free! Many tan without sun products contain perfume to cover the typical "tan without the sun smell", but it always penetrates anyway because it comes on the sly. The foam is soft and nice.

Application: Very easy to apply! The foam sinks well into the skin and it is not at all difficult to work with. I have used gloves every use.

Immediately afterwards: The skin feels sticky a few hours after application. It goes over almost completely late, but absolutely noticeable in the beginning. After about 3 hours I started to see some difference, but after 12 hours I saw the end result. Showered only 24 hours afterwards, but you should avoid water for only 3 hours.

Brown without sun odor: That a brown without sun product does not smell brown without sun is a correct claim, even though you certainly smell brown without sun. Because it is not the product that smells, but your skin! So I smelled absolutely clear of tan without sun :) But there are some mischievous products that make me smell much worse. So it still gives a thumbs up here.

Results: Smooth and nice everywhere! Also on hands and feet :) One of the uses I missed a spot at the wrist, but it was the last body part so was probably just carelessness on my part. Put a little on the stain the next day and then it disappeared completely!

Sustainability: Some of the color disappeared after the first shower, but it was barely noticeable. I put as much in the armpits as on the rest of the body (to see the durability) and two days later it had "creased" and folded in the armpits. Then showered for the second time and scrubbed a bit so it was still pretty even. I applied one Monday and the last one disappeared when I scrubbed myself on Tuesday the week after. In addition to the armpits, it has disappeared in an even and nice way all over the body!

Here is the result of the very first time I tested Ida Warg BUS! I applied both on the face and on the body. How nice! Smooth and really nice tan. I'm very pleased!

Photographed my legs with my mobile because it was difficult in my photo studio which is built for portraits :)

Nice result huh? These sprouts long for summer and shorts now you can say;)

Bruising on the shin, eczema (or reached?) Under the knee and the scars on the thighs come from all the cats I had in my lap in my days haha. You see I'm alive, haha!

stained by brown without sun, solution, help, tips, stain, mischief stain

Here is the area I forgot to lubricate haha! The model was photographed the next day, then I put some new tan without sun on the area. The afterimage was taken the day after that! It looks a bit uneven in the picture (?) But in reality it was completely even! Like I've never had a stain. Trolleri :)

Ida Warg - Tanning Drops, 45ml

Price at time of writing: SEK 179 (link)

Product description:
Tanning drops that are easily mixed with your favorite night and day cream for a gradual sun-kissed result. You can choose results depending on how many drops you mix with the face cream. Perfume free, vegan & cruelty free. ”

ida warg tanning drops

My review of this Ida Warg brown without sun:

Formula: Nice gel that sinks well into the skin! I have used two drops with a silicone-free serum (Ida Warg Beauty recommends silicone-free day / night cream for this) which I then mix in the palm of my hand. Does not feel sticky, greasy or anything. Great!

Application: I mix 2 drops if I just need to improve my face. Have tested 3 drops but it gets a little too much for me. If, on the other hand, I also need to improve the burn in the décolleté, I have taken a little more serum, three drops of these tanning drops and then lubricated both face and décolleté. Gets even and nice without any sharp or flammable edges, even though I did in only selected areas :)

Results: I have not photographed the result because it is a bit gradual. But I have received an even tone every application and two drops give a mild result that is good enough for me.

Sustainability: Disappears in a discreet and even way, I apply twice a week type.

Like a lot !!

Ida Warg - Self Tanning Body Lotion, 200ml

Price at time of writing: SEK 179 (link)

Product description:
Colorless brown without sun lotion for the whole body. The cream has a moisturizing effect while giving the skin a nice and radiant sun-kissed look after three hours. Perfume free, vegan & cruelty free. 200ml ”

ida warg self-tanning body lotion, brown without sun gel

My review of this Ida Warg brown without sun:

Formula: An odorless gel cream that sinks quickly into the skin. Very nice formula! Something made me think that it would not give as much color, as it is suitable for "gradually getting browner with each application". But that does not mean that it is very mild in color :)

Application: Be as careful as when applying regular tan without sun, as it gives quite a lot of color. I prefer to apply this with a glove as well, but it goes with the hands if you prefer.

Immediately afterwards: It sinks quickly into the skin and then it does not feel, so nice not to be sticky afterwards! Avoid water for 3 hours, after 3 hours you start to see the color coming. After 12 hours I saw the end result.

Brown without sun odor: Because it gives a milder color than the mousse, the skin also smells a little less, but still has a hint of brown without a sun smell. But not so much that it bothers me, otherwise I am very sensitive to that smell.

Results: First use: Because I thought it was a "light lotion", I lubricated it with my hands for the first time and it was not very sloppy but definitely not as accurate as with the mousse. Became incredibly spotty then, haha! The rest of the time I have used a glove and was as careful as with the mousse. Then it will be even all over the body :)

I have also tested two coats of this (applied two days after the first coat) and it turned out great! Have also tried to improve in "selected areas" e.g. it disappeared faster on the narrow legs because I shaved them. It went well too, melted nicely into the previous burn.

Sustainability: It disappears more easily when you wash your hands and face, than the mousse, I think. You become a little pale in the face and hands and on the hands there is then a small "edge" in the color. Besides, it disappears evenly and nicely on me! However, one should be careful in the shower, have noticed that if I happen to pull with a nail on the wet, warm skin in the shower, there will be a faint streak in the burn afterwards. But it lasts a long time before it disappears completely, for me it lasts for about 8 days.

self-tanning face lotion

My review of this Ida Warg brown without sun:

I actually notice no difference between this and that for the body, the same color and the same gel-consistent :)

The result was thus also the same as the body: Mottled the first time when I was careless haha, and then smooth and very nice when I did properly the second time!

bus gloves, vante

I've actually been stupid and never bought a tan without a sun glove before, so this is the first time I use it and do not understand that I have not done it before! It's so smooth! Buy!! This is soft and great, no weirdness! :) Nice to protect your hands during application as well.

Easy to wash by hand in the sink (note not immediately afterwards, then you should avoid water), dries quickly and is then as nice as before.

Summary - BUS review

Which one is best? Ida Warg Self-Tanning Mousse or Self-Tanning Lotion?

There are both pros and cons here in my opinion! But in short, I can say that I like both very much and will use up all products, they all measure up! Should also add that I have quite a hard time for tan without sun otherwise, I am picky. So a positive review on a prank product by me is not easy to get :)

  • The lotion feels nothing immediately afterwards, while the mousse is sticky on the skin for a while.
  • The mousse is more easily applied. The lotion is not difficult either, but not as simple as the mousse which is more fluffy and soft to spread. Unlike a click gel.
  • The lotion gives a milder result (but still visible) which is enough for me. The mousse gives greater results after just one application.
  • Brown without the sun mousse is easier to get even, it gets really flawless-even on me! Unlike the lotion where there have sometimes been some shifts in the tone, even though I was very careful. Not spotty then, but not as even as the mousse.
  • The mousse disappears in a slightly nicer way (except in the armpits, but there you can apply thinner layers). The mousse disappears more gradually and evenly everywhere, while the lotion needs to be improved during the week on the face and hands.

Which "Ida Warg brown without sun" do I like the most?

Summa summarum mousse is more easily applied and even, and gives a browner result both immediately afterwards and during the week afterwards.

But I value the feeling after application very highly, that the lotion sinks into the skin immediately if you do not feel a bit sticky. The lotion tone is also a little milder, which suits my winter pale skin better. So even though I give the mousse more benefits, I still think that I myself will buy the lotion in the future :)

I have been using the products for several weeks now and so my favorite combo is Ida Warg Self-Tanning Body Lotion together with the drops Ida Warg Tanning Drops to the face. I improve on these two when needed, sometimes in selected areas and at about a week intervals I run the whole body.

But I think that every single Ida Warg tan without sun product is very good !! :)

No makeup makeup look (Tutorial & Step by step)

Here is a "no makeup makeup look" that I did not shoot a tutorial on because it is so simple anyway, but I have a step by step description in the text and before and after pictures!

When I put on make-up (usually) I always, always, always have foundation. But now I have smeared myself with brown without sun and then suddenly feel that it is enough to just conjure away a little redness! Need no makeup at all to still feel fixed :)

Starting position / preparations:

  • Permanent makeup: Tattooed thin black eyeliner, light inliner along the waterline, 3D eyebrows and lip tattoo + highlighter around the lips.
  • Brown without sun
  • Slept in braids (+ dry shampoo on the scalp)

After these pictures were taken, I also colored the lashes on myself, so now the result is even better than what you see :)

no makeup makeup look

Step by step, no makeup makeup look:

  1. Dutta powder glo Skin Beauty Redness Relief powder on red areas (mostly around the nose and mouth + on pimples). So not in the whole face.
  2. Light contouring & a little light highlighter under the eyes to liven things up, Contouring Palette (no.2)
  3. Swipe on a little blush, glo Skin Beauty Blush (Papaya)
  4. Brown eye shadow as eyebrow shadow + a little fake beauty spots on the face, Paese Kashmir Eyeshadow (664)
  5. Bryngel, Refectocil Styling Gel
  6. Thin layer of lipstick, Paese Argan Oil Lipstick (36)
  7. Bend the eyelashes (uncolored in the pictures, but recommend coloring before for more effect)

Clear!

natural curls, sleeping in braids, styling hair lob, bob, page, short hairstyle

Natural make-up, fake freckles, beauty spots, summer make-up, quick make-up

Simple as that! A natural make-up a "no makeup makeup look" that literally takes a minute to do (if you have made the preparations before).

Sunday post 14 Feb 2021

Hello hello everyone! :)

Here I sit this Valentine's Day and feel the urge to write!

I have my cat Viktoria in my arms, I am completely dressed in red for the day (dress, lipstick & nail polish) and just had a sweet heart attack because Viktoria turned her head and looked me in the eyes when I started singing a song! How sweet?

Got the question on Insta story from a follower who wondered how my start in 2021 has been, so thought I could chat a bit about it in the blog! :) I always get so shocked when I realize that people are reading and cares haha. I asked e.g. on Instagram if someone operated on the tonsils and wanted to answer my questions and I got SO many answers! Long layouts as well. Imagine how good a time we really live in now? You have like a team around you constantly. Gold!!

Healthier 2021!

Now I have been nagging about my throat problems for 2.5 years and it does not get better. But not worse either :) Now I have decided to run a final test period with different methods and if this does not help, it will be the knife. But I am so afraid to operate on the tonsils. In addition, doctors say "the question is whether it helps" so it is not an easy decision.

The methods I am currently testing:

Infrared light! It is healing and is used on, among other things, sports injuries. I think it works so that the heat from the red light goes several centimeters into the body and causes artificial fever. This triggers a natural healing process in the area, a bit like acupuncture I think?

2. Move me more! My days are mostly spent sitting in front of the computer. We live so small that not even "going to the kitchen" is a movement for me, I just stand up and turn around and I'm in the kitchen haha.

I have therefore started dancing inside Annika's living room when she is at work! :) Headphones with spicy music and then I entertain myself by bouncing around for an hour type. It's great fun !! I do it Monday-Friday and actually feel on the weekend that I long for Monday to dance again.

3. Manukahonung - Heard that this should be good for sore throat. Honey is useful, everyone says! I hate honey though, especially Manuka honey I have now learned the hard way. But every night I take a tops and put a click on each tonsil, trying not to swallow for a while.

4. Eat only naturally - Only fruit, nuts, vegetables, root vegetables and some days fish (but mostly completely vegan except eggs from our own chickens). Sometimes a little Greek yogurt as a sauce, but that's our biggest "cheat" :)

We eat quite healthy otherwise too but not at this level as we have been doing now for 2 weeks. But it's going great, I've never eaten so good and luxurious every day! Miska is so good at making healthy dishes incredibly good, I do not understand how he does! I'm otherwise a pretty picky person but this is just pure pleasure actually!

I love parsnips! Nothing new for this health period, but otherwise as well. How can there be so little talk about parsnips? Is it just me love the? I get safe from parsnip :)

Now it's exactly one month since I had a sore throat and high fever last time, so it should be on g again soon if it continues as usual. So keep your fingers crossed that it stays away now! At least longer periods.

No customer bookings for me for a period

After we moved the salon and I no longer have an office there, I have worked from home and only went in one day a week to take my regular customers. It's fun with my regulars, like meeting friends almost :) so I did not want to stop.

I usually gather all customers on the same day and it has gone well in the past. But the second corona wave hit harder than ever at the salon and after several "failed" working days, I realized that I had to take a break with this. My regular customers are now booked in with my colleagues instead.

There have been so many cancellations at the last minute due to symptoms, which is absolutely right! But it does not really work for me who goes in alone for my bookings. Counting on bookings several hours in a row but then only having 1-2 customers, means that I went back financially after petrol, parking, VAT and taxes. I would have earned more by staying home.

Very boring! But still a simple decision because it was so every week, I can not pay money to work. No wonder :) Now I long for spring and vaccine so I can start taking customers again!

I still work with the company from home. Here I sit in bed with reports, salaries and layoffs. And the lamp with infrared light towards the neck :)

My other companies!

My working days mostly consist of other work though! Partly some advertising revenue via the blog, which we are working on to SEO-adapt even more. Google is the source of my biggest income right now, haha.

Miska and I have started a separate limited company and work with other assignments in addition to the salon. Miska also builds websites and helps companies with digital marketing, including to a veterinary clinic that has received incredibly good results from this!

But mostly I work with my third limited company. Emma and I, who are my new business partner, are developing a completely new make-up brand and are both working full time with this. It's video meetings, it's research, it's tests, it's negotiation, it's lawyers.

But more than that I can not go into unfortunately, due to privacy :)

Wonderful days!

When you dribble three companies in the middle of a pandemic, there is a lot that is constantly shaking. Even privately, our van is in the workshop again and my regular car that we crashed into a tree in the middle of the day, we find no cheap doors to. So it just stands ..

But I'm starting to get a little more fluent some days, I still feel! :)

And so I try to take the opportunity to enjoy a little too, it is after all a pretty unique period right now. We live on the same plot as Annika and Mileya - who is now 2 years old and the world's goaste! I work from home every day and my cat Viktoria feels very pampered about this;) Me and Miska have a great time together even though we are with each other 24/7 in this little cottage. And also plans to "build less" with our van that we will start building again as soon as the cold disappears :)

Just one such thing that this was my coffee break the other day! To live in the country and only a few 100 m from such a nice lake. I just wanted to take the glittering snow and lay straight on the eyelids haha, how nice? :)

I'm actually a bit "persecuted" by the word "gratitude" that I see just about everywhere. A bit like the universe wants to say something to me. One morning I felt super-spiritual and thought a lot about the law of attraction and such. Then I drew an angel card (nothing I do much, but I have a deck of cards and believe in that) and even then got the card "gratitude". When I read in the book about what the card means, it was basically about the law of attraction! That if I am grateful for all the good I have now and think about what I want more of (or continue to have) in the future, then I will get it.

How appropriate! :)

Today when I was doing the dishes, my brain wandered away and I actually put my future dreams into words in a pretty good way; I want my life to be better than my Instagram! Haha wow how silly it sounded without explanation !!

But everyone says evenly "everyone only posts the best on Instagram, that's not the reality" and that is true. But every time Miska and I travel, I feel the opposite - it was much, much, much better than what it looked like on Instagram! There is so much that disappears when you just post pictures and movie clips, the internal jokes you create, the wonderful atmosphere, etc.

So I want my life to be too, that when people say "you look like you have such a wonderful life" then the first feeling is "if it looks great on Instagram I can say that it actually is yet better!" :)

Is not it a good goal to strive for? I think it will be so. Soon you will hear me utter those words, haha!

The life enjoyer Helena höhö. Here I am sitting in the car on the way to my dad who turned 88 this Thursday! Miska cooked fine dining and we had such an amazing time :)

This is what Miska looked like when we ate lunch the other day, the sun shone in so nicely, I just had to take pictures! :) Now he and I will "celebrate" Valentine's Day with some movies and tea in bed. It will be cozy!

This post is sponsored by hängmattaonline.se and now you are really hungry for summer, sun and ice cream in a wonderful hammock! :) Sure?

Hope you have a nice Sunday too and get a good start to the new week later!

Hug! ♥

Review - Indy Beauty Smink (Therese Lindgren)

Now I have finally tried Indy Beauty makeup and here is my review of all the wonderful vegan makeup from Indy Beauty & Therese Lindgren!

Just like all make-up products, which have been launched so far at the time of writing :)

Indy Beauty Makeup

I have used all products several times to evaluate carefully, but today I show all products step by step in one and the same make-up! :)

In addition to doing a review of the Indy Beauty makeup products, I have also done a little deep dive of the brand Indy Beauty which is created and owned by Therese Lindgren. What values, products & ingredients do they have!

Previously I have done a review of Indy Beauty skin care & body care which is very well attended and popular: you can read the post here.

So very nice Indy Beauty makeup !!

Trademarks & Values

I was at the press breakfast when Indy Beauty launched their very first products in 2018 and remember that I fell for their values! I have met Therese Lindgren a few times and she is always so happy and nice, a person who spreads positive energy :)

Indy Beauty is a completely vegan beauty brand created by the influencer & youtuber Therese Lindgren. The concept with Indy Beauty is to love yourself & be kind to yourself both on the outside and inside. Indy Beauty is also one of the few brands that is certified by Djurens Rätt. Read more about Animal Rights here.

"Beauty is wellness" is something I myself often talk about with my clients at the salon. Lubricating, putting on make-up, dabbling and stuff is really not just about surface and vanity. Without taking care of yourself, feeling comfortable in your own skin and letting the outside reflect the inside. For me, makeup and beauty products are therapy too! :)

In addition, protecting wildlife is so incredibly important to me as I really am an animal lover. I am now in my 4th year without having eaten meat and poultry ♥ So vegan products are really an extra plus!

Products & Ingredients

Indy Beauty makeup and their other products are created with a focus on being kind to your skin. The products are also 100% vegan & cruelty free, everything from skin care, body care, hair care and makeup.

They have also listed all the ingredients in a neat list in alphabetical order on their website, click here to see the list. There you can also read where the ingredients come from, what they do and what they are good for and which product contains the specific ingredient.

What I like about the design is that it is simple = also gives the customer a cheaper price. The products are not budget but would certainly have cost more if they used more expensive packaging and design. Because I experience the content as very qualitative!

In addition, they have added such cute details, e.g. a heart shape in their powders and that it says "You are nice" when you open certain boxes. Look:

Indy Beauty Primer / face primer

First out of my "Indy Beauty makeup review" are two face primers! One that minimizes the visibility of pores and one that is moisturizing.

Indy Beauty - Pore Me Away! Pore Minimizing Primer

Product Description Pore Me Away! Pore Minimizing Primer:

“A colorless, light primer with blackening and dulling properties. Smoothes the skin and extends the durability of your makeup. The primer contains 30 ml of product and is mildly perfumed and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Pore Me Away! Pore Minimising Primer Review:

Indy Beauty's primer has a very light gel consistency. Very nice! When it dries in, the skin becomes dull, but in a very discreet way. Not dry at all, but not particularly "velvet matte" but a slightly matteer and slightly smoother surface than before.

There are primers that are very pore-filling but this is none of them, but it gives a smoother result absolutely.

I have nothing negative to say about this, very fresh and lovely on the skin, a good base under makeup and keeps what it promises. Easy and just right :) But it is not a hardcore primer either if you want a very depressing or very pore-filling result.

The size is good too, 30 ml is not an unusual size but definitely among the larger ones. Anything between 20-30 ml is common for a face primer.

Indy Beauty - It's Prime Time! Moisturizing Primer SPF30

Product Description It's Prime Time! Moisturizing Primer SPF30:

“An uncoloured, light primer that moisturizes while protecting the skin from the sun with SPF 30. Smoothes the skin and gives a soft & smooth finish that lasts a long time. The primer contains 30 ml of product and is mildly perfumed and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty It's Prime Time! Moisturizing Primer SPF30 review:

Indy Beauty's moisturizing primer is a very rich primer that is more reminiscent of a day cream than a primer I would say. A very nice base for you who need a lot of moisture!

A little "sticky" when I lubricated it, but it dries in quickly and then the skin feels great again. The first time I used it, I thought "feels like a sunscreen" and then saw that it contains SPF30 (had not read so carefully before) so that explains it. Pretty white and creamy texture as well.

I have high sebum production in the skin but do not feel that I got fatter from this even though it is so rich and creamy. It did not feel like any of Indy Beauty's face primers significantly affected my oily skin in any direction, neither more nor less oiliness.

I will definitely use this as a sunscreen when the spring sun comes!

Indy Beauty does not have a covering base make-up in its range, so after the primer I have applied foundation and concealer from another brand.

But beyond that, all products in the make-up are Indy Beauty make-up! And some permanent makeup / makeup tattoos as well (thin black eyeliner, light inliner along the waterline, lips and eyebrows).

Indy Beauty - Ready Set Go! Setting Powder

Indy Beauty - Ready Set Go! Setting Powder, indy beauty powder

Product Description Ready Set Go! Setting Powder:

A transparent loose powder that fixes make-up, absorbs excess oil and reduces shine. Gives an instant silky smooth and matte finish that lasts all day. The easiest way to apply with a powder brush is to sweep lightly over the entire face, or dab the powder in with a powder puff. The powder contains 3 grams of product and is unscented & completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Ready Set Go! Setting Powder Review:

Indy Beauty's powder is incredibly smooth! Very light, blurring and nice on the skin. A classic Silica powder I thought before I read the inci list and quite rightly, the ingredient that the powder contains the most is silica. I have felt 100% pure silica and it was like touching air! After that, I recognize Silica products at first glance :) Incredibly fluffy and light material.

I have not tried to shoot with flash when I used Indy Beauty's powder, but a powder with a lot of silica can easily give flashbacks. So if you often take photos with flash or e.g. should do something where you are photographed (eg wedding) so maybe you should choose another powder. But as I said, I have not tested, it may not give flashbacks at all.

Just because a powder contains silica does not automatically mean that it gives flashbacks! It depends on the amount of silica and which other ingredients are included in the formulation.

Indy beauty's powder is at least in terms of grams, 3 grams is really a low number. But the powder is very light, so in volume it is actually not such a small amount! It is difficult to compare volume when it comes to powder products because powder weighs differently. A powder that contains 9 grams can be the same amount as one that weighs 10 grams. So I was still positively surprised by the crowd :)

The product description says "matte finish that lasts all day", but whether it lasts all day depends entirely on how oily the skin is. Silica absorbs very well so it is definitely a degrading powder, but for me there is no powder on the market that keeps my skin matte all day.

I do not have a proper picture of the application of this step because my cat Viktoria would promptly hang on the back of the chair. I did not have a conscience to say no!

Indy Beauty - Bring On The Sun! Bronzing Sculpting Powder

swatch, Indy Beauty - Bring On The Sun! Bronzing Sculpting Powder review, indy beauty sun powder, indy beauty bronzer

This bronzing powder also has a nice heart, as I wrote that some Indy Beauty makeup has. Som rougen!

Product Description Bring On The Sun! Bronzing Sculpting Powder:

“A highly pigmented and light sun powder that also works to be used for contouring to sculpt the face or décolleté. It gives a natural matte result with a velvety finish and is available in 2 different shades, danisa & milou. The sun powder contains 9.5 grams of product and is unscented and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Bring On The Sun! Bronzing Sculpting Powder Review:

Indy Beauty's sun powder / bronzer is so Good! I realize I have not written any wow reviews yet, but from now on things are starting to happen! Indy Beauty's face primer is good but no wow-feeling, their powder is also great but gave no wow-feeling there either.

However, Indy Beauty's bronzer! So Good! Here is a new favorite in my makeup bag! Which of the colors? Both!

Indy Beauty - Bring On The Sun! Bronzing Sculpting Powder review, indy beauty sun powder, indy beauty bronzer

I start by applying the lighter shade, Danisa, all over the face and down on the décolleté.

This is to fake a little tan and I applied extra a lot in this post to show even more clearly.

Indy Beauty - Bring On The Sun! Bronzing Sculpting Powder review, indy beauty sun powder, indy beauty bronzer

Then I add the darker shade, Milou, as contouring on selected areas. Under the cheekbones. In the temples and up a little towards the forehead. On the sides of the chin and nose. If I am not going to do an eye makeup, I swipe a little of this on the eyelids as well.

The formula is incredibly soft and nice! Perfectly pigmented, enough to give a lot of effect and enough to still be easy to work with. One for Pigmented product can be difficult to get even.

Pretty big box too, which simplifies if you want to use as much as I do, with a large brush down the neck and décolleté as well.

5/5 points!

Indy Beauty - Make Me Blush! Rouge

swatch, Indy Beauty - Make Me Blush! Rouge review, indy beauty rouge, indy beauty blush

Product Description Make Me Blush! Rouge:

“A highly pigmented blush that gives life to the face and a natural color and radiance. Easy to apply and build for the desired intensity and is available in two shades, Inez & Jasmine. The blush contains 9.5 grams of product and is unscented and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Make Me Blush! Red Review:

Indy Beauty's blush / blush are incredibly pigmented blushes! With a soft and fluffy brush, both colors are absolutely amazing! Easy to work with and very soft formula.

They also have a large box which feels luxurious for a blush. But still flexible in the make-up bag because it is so flat.

However, it is important not to have a too compact or small brush, then you can happen to get a little too much at once even if you are careful. But if it does, it does not do much, because it is easy to brush out and dazzle into the skin. But I recommend a soft and fluffy brush!

Including colors too, works on me with light skin but also thinks that they are absolutely incredible on deeper skin tones too!

The color Ines is a strong pink color and Jasmine is a little duller and warmer, a little more apricot but without being crunchy.

Indy Beauty - Up Your Brow Game! Brow Fix

Indy Beauty - Up Your Brow Game! Brow Fix review, indy beauty brow fix, indy beauty eyebrows, indy beauty eyebrows, indy beauty pomade, indy beauty eyebrow mascara

Now we come to the next part of the Indy Beauty makeup reviews: eyebrows, eyes & lips!

Product Description Up Your Brow Game! Brow Fix:

A colored, light eyebrow pomade with natural fibers to shape, fill in and define your eyebrows. It is easy to apply, dries quickly and then keeps the eyebrows in place all day without smudging or feeling stiff. This is available in 3 different shades, nessa, ella & armin. The eyebrow pomade contains 4 ml and is fragrance-free and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Up Your Brow Game! Brow Fix review:

Indy Beauty's brow fix is a brow / brow mascara / brow pomade with a brush. A heavenly good product!

Partly in a transparent color that is just like a fringe, comb the straws nicely and keep them in place during the day. My eyebrows are quite obsessive, however, so as for the transparent, I want a slightly more effective formula.

On the other hand, I think the colored variants are great! For some reason they are a little stronger on my stubborn straws as well, maybe they are a little "sticky" in consistency?

But above all, they emphasize the straws nicely! In this post I have only used these, but otherwise I usually fill in the eyebrows with pencil or shadow and then top with Indy Beauty brow fix.

Indy Beauty - Up Your Brow Game! Brow Fix review, indy beauty brow fix, indy beauty eyebrows, indy beauty eyebrows, indy beauty pomade, indy beauty eyebrow mascara

In this make-up I have not filled in the eyebrows at all, just brushed in this eyebrow pomade. It colors the skin a little (I do it on purpose anyway), gives the straws more color and makes them look more prominent.

I really like them! The light one is a little too light on me but the darker one is absolutely perfect. I think the eyebrows will be super nice but still natural! Quick and easy, nice for me but also good for beginners I think. Compare with my eyebrows on the previous pictures in the post!

Highly recommend !!

Indy Beauty - Eyes Eyes Baby! Eyeshadow Palette

What was most positively surprising of all Indy Beauty makeup were these eyeshadow palettes!

Product description Eyes Eyes Baby! Eyeshadow Palette:

“A small round eyeshadow palette with four highly pigmented velvety eyeshadows, available in two different variants, chloe & leah. The eyeshadow palette contains 5 grams of product and is unscented and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Eyes Eyes Baby! Eyeshadow Palette Review:

Okay, my tributes in these Indy Beauty makeup reviews continue! Indy Beauty eye shadows are so incredibly good !! Very pigment-rich and easy to work with. Attaches well and easy to fade out.

Available in a warm palette and a cold one. Good combo with matte shadows and a color that is really shimmery. Texture contrasts are the finest there is I think :)

In this post, I have chosen to show an eye makeup with Indy Beauty's eye shadows without eye primer underneath, because I want to show how pigment-rich they are even without primer. But if you have oily eyelids, use primer underneath anyway because otherwise the make-up does not last - or if you want the shadows even more pigment-rich, eye primers are also preferable!

Indy Beauty Mascara / Mascaror

Indy Beauty - Raise The Volume! Volumising Mascara review, indy beauty mascara, mascaras, volume mascara, curl mascara, mascara for straight eyelashes, mascara brush, mascara brushes, various mascara brushes

Indy Beauty - Raise The Volume! Volumising Mascara

Product Description Raise The Volume! Volumising Mascara:

“A volumizing mascara that gives a beautiful result with thick and full lashes that last all day without crumbling or smudging. The mascara can be built on after each application if you let it dry between applications. The mascara contains 12.5 ml of product and is unscented and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Raise The Volume! Volumising Mascara Review:

Application: Easy to paint and quick to paint! Easy on the lower lashes and good precision even though the brush is large.

Mascara brush: Large and soft brush that is really combing. It is not entirely common with such greasy brushes that also comb effectively.

Results: Very nice length and separation. Large brush does not always mean more volume. On my lashes, this gives more separation and length than volume.

Sustainability: Pretty good but discolors a bit under the eyes of me. Could be because I have oily skin. I get such heavenly nice eyelashes from this and like everything with it, so a pity that it does not keep clean because then it would have been a new favorite!

Easy to wash off? No difficulty in washing off! Neither with eye makeup remover nor with hot water and my usual cleaning.

Other: Great price for a mascara! But not only that but the content of 12.5 ml is extremely good! This makes the mascara even more affordable as you get a lot for your money.

Indy Beauty - Curl It Up! Defining Mascara

Product Description Curl It Up! Defining Mascara:

“A mascara for long & defined lashes. A narrow mascara brush with soft fibers bends and separates the lashes to get a beautiful result that lasts all day, without crumbling or smudging. To build on the mascara, it should dry between applications. The mascara contains 8.5 ml of product and is unscented and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Curl It Up! Defining Mascara Review:

Application: Easily painted! You can work a lot with the brush and lashes. It quickly gives a carbon black color and fine lashes. Can lump a little if you have a lot of powder on the lashes (I who powder myself so much) so try to be careful with the lashes when you powder yourself.

Mascara brush: Very soft and nice mascara brush.

Results: Have tried both bending the lashes with pliers and skipping it. The mascara will be just as nice no matter what! My lashes are not difficult to bend, but few mascaras bend them as much without pliers as this one actually does. Good separation (not super-combing, but still separated) and also a lot of volume. It is not described as a volume mascara but I think more about volume than separation.

Sustainability: Great compared to many mascaras, but not completely flawless as it discolours a little under the eye for me. Which is probably due to my oily skin. Think it holds up well to most others!

Easy to wash off? No difficulty in washing off! Neither with eye makeup remover nor with hot water and my usual cleaning.

Difference in Indy Beauty curl it up & Raise the volume: The funny thing is that I would like to change the product description on these to the opposite. That Curl it up gives more volume and that Raise the volume are more separated and length. At least on my eyelashes! :)

Besides that, Curl It Up holds me a little better than what Raise The Volume does, the volume mascara discolors a little more under the eye (has tested on each eye the same day and could therefore see the difference clearly). And that Indy Beauty Raise The Volume contains a larger amount, 12.5 ml compared to Curl It Up which contains 8.5 ml.

Indy Beauty - Oil-free Gentle Makeup Remover

Indy Beauty - Oil-free Gentle Make-up Remover review, indy beauty makeup remover

This is not Indy Beauty makeup, but a makeup remover still feels like it belongs here among my makeup reviews :)

Product Description Oil-free Gentle Make-up Remover:

“A moisturizing, gentle makeup remover that effectively washes away waterproof makeup on the face and around the eyes. It can be used for eyelash extensions as it is free of both alcohol and oils. The make-up remover contains 100 ml of product and is fragrance-free and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Oil-free Gentle Makeup Remover Review:

Indy Beauty's makeup remover / makeup remover is good but no favorite. To be oil-free, however, it is effective, I must say! The formula is a gel and for the base make-up it works well, fresh!

To the eyes, it is effective a bit depending on what mascara and how hard makeup you have. For Indy Beauty's mascaras, it works and it removes waterproof makeup as well, but if you are used to an oil-based that goes fast, this feels a bit time-consuming.

What lowers the grade the most is that I have a hard time dosing the amount on the cotton pad when I use it for my eye makeup. If you take too little, it is not effective, but if you take a little too much, it instead becomes very wet and greasy on the eye. The gel is kind of too thick to take off a lot, but if you take a little, the cotton is too dry to dissolve mascara. It is good when you get the perfect amount, but it is difficult!

In other words: I think it is good and effective for being oil-free, but for my eye makeup I need one that is more hardcore. But if you do gentle eye make-up and do not need to moisten the cotton with so much gel, I think it is good :) But no personal favorite for me.

Indy Beauty - Time To Shine! Lip gloss

swatch, indy beauty lip gloss, Indy Beauty - Time To Shine! Lipgloss review, indy beauty lip makeup, indy beauty makeup

Product Description Time To Shine! Liplgloss:

“A lip gloss that gives shine at the same time as it is emollient. Easy to apply and improve during the day without it smudging or drying out. These lip glosses are available in 3 shades, Nikoline (transparent), Agnes & Elvira. The lip gloss contains 3 ml of product and is mildly perfumed and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Time To Shine! Liplgloss review:

Indy Beauty's lip gloss is heavenly beautiful! I'm really the wrong person to review "the best lip gloss" because I do not like lip gloss so much overall. In other words, I know which ones are bad but I'm not a connoisseur when it comes to good or great.

With that said, I think these at least end up in the "good or great" category! Creamy and nice formula and great shine! The pigmented colors give a very nice tone on the lips, not comprehensive but make a big difference. Many colored lip glosses hardly give a visible color to the lips when applied, but these really make a difference.

No mes-lip gloss neither in terms of gloss nor color! :)

The shade Nikole gives only shine and is completely transparent
The shade Elvira gives a warm apricot tone, SO nice! On my lips, it also becomes a little enlightening.
The shade Agnes is more pink. Great color too!

Indy Beauty's lip gloss is actually reminiscent of "old times" when I casually consumed IsaDora's lip gloss which had a brush applicator, do you remember them? It has not been in the range for a long time now. Indy Beauty's formula feels just like it anyway! I really got flashbacks!

I took pictures of the pigmented gloss Elvira and Agnes, with a thick layer so that you could see the shades better because I have tattooed lips that shine through a bit. Hope you see the difference well anyway! They give a lot of color with a thin layer as well.

Indy Beauty - Kiss & Make Up! Satin Lipstick

swatch, indy beauty lipstick, indy beauty lip makeup, indy beauty makeup, Indy Beauty - Kiss & Make Up! Satin Lipstick Review

Product description Kiss & Make Up! Satin Lipstick:

A comprehensive lipstick that gives a semi-matte & velvety finish while giving a long-lasting result. It gives a soft and comfortable feeling without drying out and is available in 5 shades, adrianna, emilina, jacquline, natasha & elsa. The lipstick contains 4 ml of product and is mildly perfumed and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Kiss & Make Up! Satin Lipstick Review:

Indy Beauty's lipstick has an incredibly nice formula! I understand why they got the name "Satin" because the feeling is silky smooth and soft. On the lips, they feel like a mixture of matte lipstick and creamy lipstick, they kind of stick like a matte lipstick (does not slide around as well) but are as soft and nice as a creamy lipstick.

They also provide great pigment and coverage!

The durability is good too. It can not be compared to a completely matte lipstick or a lip pencil, but absolutely good for being a creamy lipstick. It kind of "sits" a little on the lips after a while. But you need to improve when you have dinner.

Very impressed! The light shade Elsa is my new favorite, I have become a real nude person. If you have dark skin, Jaculine is a great nude color!

And thus the red…. MUMS! It has become my new "video meeting lipstick". I love having red lips and would like to have it in video meetings so that you can be seen properly :)

Product description Kiss & Tell! Matte Liquid Lipstick:

“A liquid lipstick that is comprehensive and gives a matte finish. It is easy to apply and better on during the day without drying out. The lipstick is available in 4 shades - amina, zoe, edlira & ceren. The lipstick contains 3 ml and is mildly perfumed and completely vegan. ”

Indy Beauty Kiss & Tell! Matte Liquid Lipstick Review:

Indy Beauty's matte liquid lipstick is COMPLETELY AMAZING! I'm so in love with them here. My favorite of all Indy Beauty makeup. Quick-painted, good precision even with the applicator (I who otherwise use a separate brush to type all my lip products). Comfortable on the lips, not dry at all even though they are matte. And perfect durability !!

The shades Amina and Edlira is quite similar, but Edlira is a little darker and has a little more color in it. But I would classify both as "MLBB" colors (my lips but better).

Zoe shades is incredibly good looking but shocked me a bit because Indy Beauty otherwise has more "classically useful tones that everyone uses". Apricot and pink go home as always. While Zoe is a cool purple (lavender?) Color that is incredibly beautiful! I think I fit very well in purple lipstick and it is not completely easy to find, so I am very happy about this!

The shade Ceren is a top color if you want red lips but not "classic red" but a milder and gloomier tone. Easy to carry even though it is red, you could say :)

Make up dark circles & bags under the eyes (5 tips)

How to make dark circles & bags under the eyes is a common question from my customers. Which concealer is best and how to apply concealer under the eyes?

Here are my top 5 tips!

Make up dark circles under the eyes

Darker skin tone under the eyes

How to best make up dark circles under the eyes depends first and foremost on how the darkness arises. Is it a natural shade because you have a depth under the eyes, or is the skin tone also darker?

If the skin tone is dark and / or blue under the eyes, invest in a concealer with coverage. There are color-correcting concealers if you are very blue, but if you have a highly pigmented concealer that covers completely, that is usually enough!

The important thing is not to just lighten up with a bubbly product, because if the darkness below shines through, the skin can look greyish.

make up dark circles under the eyes, concealer under the eyes, apply

This customer wanted to remove dark circles under the eyes. I have therefore added a highly pigmented full-coverage cream concealer and then a powder over which blurs the lines a bit. Read the entire product list in my previous post: "make-up before & after”With the product list for the entire make-up. All products are available in my salon & webshop; The concealer is glo Skin Beauty Under Eye Concealer.

2. Deep under the eyes

Should you make up dark circles under the eyes that occur due to a natural shade? Even though the skin tone itself is not darker, it is common (on almost everyone) to have a depression under the eye that is perceived as darker because it is a pit. Some more and others less.

Then you do not need to cover so much and do not need color correction, because the skin already has the "right" skin tone. Then enlightenment is enough! I usually use a light, matte or semi-matte contouring shade only. But a thin layer of a concealer that is a little lighter than your own skin tone also works well.

make up dark circles under the eyes, concealer under the eyes, apply

You can also make up dark circles under the eyes by brightening them up with a luminous product that reflects light! Here you see a customer where I have used such a product under only one eye. No coverage, just luster. To the left you see a dark shadow in the "depth" and on the right side it looks brighter thanks to the light-reflecting pigments.

This is a product from Pixi that has been discontinued from Pixi's range.

A shadow / powder that is lighter than the skin tone is my favorite technique. I have used it in this picture. So fast and easy! Just a few dots / swipes with a soft eye shadow brush under the eye, it's clear.

I myself use the light shade out Contouring Palette or the eye shadow Paese Kashmir Mono Eyeshadow (667) which is in my webshop & salon :)

Concealer under the eyes

Which concealer is best under the eyes? Cream? Liquid?

The choice of formula for making up dark circles under the eyes is 100% taste, the most important thing is rather the color. That you choose a full coverage to get rid of darkness, or a lighter one if you want to light up a depth. Then whether it is a cream in a jar, liquid, a stick or whatever - it matters less.

3. Powder under the eyes? Matt or lust?

If you use concealer to make up dark circles under the eyes, I recommend powdering on top, at least on most concealers. It also depends on how much product you apply and how well the concealer "sets" itself.

The good thing about powder is that it fixes the concealer so that it stops being creamy = kept in place without settling in the lines.

If you have a lot of lines and structure under the eyes, a good powder helps to even out these. I do not mean that lines are something to hide, but many have a lot of small lines and structure in the skin under the eyes and when they are highlighted, it can look almost more unnatural.

A lot of shimmer and shine can emphasize the structure of the skin even more. Use only a soft and fine-grained powder, not a matte one that looks dry! Many people are afraid of powder under the eyes because they think it should emphasize the lines, but a fine-grained, soft powder has the opposite effect and actually blurs the skin.

However, a powder with a discreet luster is not crazy at all, so not shimmery but only slightly. Because luster grains light up so when they end up in a deep wrinkle, they reflect the light and make the wrinkle look smaller. For example. the contouring shadow from Paese that I use under the eyes has a discreet glow. Not shimmery, but not completely matte either.

In other words: A glossy and shimmery finish can emphasize the structure of the skin, but blurring powder and a natural glow reduce this.

If, on the other hand, you do not have much structure under your eyes, you can choose whether you prefer a matte surface or more luster. But as one of the pictures above showed, luster has an illuminating effect which "lifts" and then it is only positive with glow :)

4. Apply concealer under the eyes:

Applying concealer / highlighting as a triangle that you see on the left side is a common make-up tip. But it is not the technique that I recommend for making dark circles under the eyes. Then I recommend applying instead as the right side; just light up right in the depths - not up on the "heights" around.

Why? You lighten up to make the depth look less deep and thus conjure away the shadow, but if you put the concealer on the entire area under the eye then you light up the same everywhere and the difference between the rest of the skin and the pit will then be the same.

5. Can you put away bags under the eyes?

Bags under the eyes mean that you have a "height" under the eye.

Is it the same technique as dark circles when putting make-up bags under the eyes? Not really but almost!

One thinks the same way, that one lights up "only in the deep part". But if you have bags under your eyes, the depth is not only a deep area but you also have a small bag to relate to. A bag that should not be lit up if you want it to be less visible.

If you light up that height with a light color, it will look even higher. Therefore, I usually only light up around the bag / height, and put nothing enlightening on the height at all.

So I usually only apply light where the skin goes inwards. Which is usually around the bag. Exactly how the bag and the depressions around the bag sit can be different for different people. Some have a large deep area under the bag, some above. Some have no depth above the bag at all, just below. Light up where it is deep on your eyes :)

If you are both dark under the eyes and have bags, then you can apply a covering concealer on the entire area (which matches your skin tone) and then lighten up around the bag as the picture shows.

Summary: Use full-coverage concealer if your skin tone is darker. Use enlightening products if you are going to make up deep areas. Should you even out so bright only in the deep areas - not on the whole area under the eye.
