Paraffin bath for hands

Some dates, the nail therapist Tina is with us at Creative Makeup By Her and does manicures and such treatments! She worked full time with nails before, now she works mostly at Panduro but has started with nails more and more again. At the salon she has not started with extension and such treatments yet, but I did a paraffin bath for her hands with her last week and it was so wonderful!

What does a paraffin bath do?
Nourishes, moisturizes, cleanses and softens the skin on the hands. The bath opens up the pores and encapsulates heat and moisture in the skin, and all dirt in the skin is absorbed into the paraffin. The hands become baby-smooth and stay moisturized longer than with regular hand lotion. As a wrap but better!

Who needs to do paraffin baths?
Paraffin baths are good for everyone's hands, but especially good for extremely dry and chapped hands, and also for people with joint problems and pain when it softens the joints. Perfect for wintery hands.

    How does it happen?
♥ First, peel your hands so that all superficial dirt and impurities disappear. Then they are also sprayed to get rid of all bacteria.
♥ The hands are lubricated in hand cream and caring natural oil - which then works extra well and penetrates properly into the skin under the warm paraffin.
♥ Slowly dip your hands upside down in the paraffin bath five times, until you have a proper paraffin surface.
♥ Then you can sit with your hands in soft gloves for 15 minutes while the skin is cared for under the paraffin.
♥ The paraffin is removed, excess lotion is wiped off, but it is only good if a little is left. Then it's ready!

So it is not the paraffin itself that is so caring, but the hand cream + oil before together with the heat and the cleansing effect that becomes such a heavenly good combo. I kind of want to do it all over my body haha.

Here, the hand has been dipped once, and the hand already looks a bit like a prosthesis!

And this is how scary it looks when you have dipped all five times :)

Incredibly nice feeling, and I who had been icy cold with my fingers all day sat and just enjoyed, enjoyed, enjoyed over how well my hands suddenly got it. Great!

And the skin afterwards, so soft and smooth hands! And I actually think it has held up well too, not as mega soft as they were last night but they still feel more moisturized and nice than before.

Since Tina does not work full time with this, we do not yet have any specific dates as she is always here, but call us on 018 10 50 13 and tell us what you want to book, and Tina will return with a date and time that suits both.

Manicure costs from SEK 395 and hand massage costs SEK 295, the paraffin bath costs only SEK 120, but I really recommend doing it in connection with a manicure as well, so heavenly wonderful with both cared for hands and nice nails! :)

    Great Christmas gift tips too!

    Hug ♥
