L'Oréal Paris has come out with new products and colors in their Colorista Washout series with "2-week colors" that I have received a press release on.

I have previously shown you the results from the turquoise (read the post here) and the burgundy red (read the post here) which I mixed with conditioner so that it turned dark pink. And now there are also before and after pictures of yellow and pastel pink!

The yellow shade in this post is from the press release, the pastel pink has been around before and I bought it myself when Meja got it as a Christmas present from me!

Since the turquoise sat like a rock on me (still has green tones in my hair six months later), I do not want to experiment more on myself because I am considering booking time for bleaching at the hairdresser. But I have two good nieces who are more than happy to show up. L'Oréal tests on animals, I test on children! Haha terrible joke, but true;)

Here are the results:

Colorista Washout in the shade #Pinkhair (Adlink) turns really yellow! Mila had this color during the Easter weekend and LOVED it! :) Really cool! I have only seen it after a wash so far and then it looks a bit yellow-blonde, disappeared quite a lot but also a lot left.

Her lengths have been slightly bleached before, in the scalp where the hair is completely untreated, the color has not adhered.

So cool!

Colorista Washout in the shade #Pinkhair (Adlink) got a little peach pink on Meja when it was mixed with her own hair color which is a little warmer! I mixed it a little, a little with conditioner because she was afraid it would be too pink. She was really super happy, the tone is so beautiful!

Next time, she would probably like to run two packages and scoop in properly, rather that it becomes more pink immediately than that it disappears after only 2 washes type (which this seems to do, a lot disappeared already after the first wash).

Meja also has bleached lengths, otherwise the color would not have stuck at all.

I would also like this shade!

Good to think about: It is on the hair (haha) that one tube is enough for the whole hair. So if you have a lot of hair or want a really intense color, I recommend buying two packs to be on the safe side.

As an update on Mila's previous dark pink color, it kept the measure based on what L'Oréal promises, it disappeared again and again on every wash and after about 2 weeks it was completely gone.

I think the color on me is so hard because 1. blue and green tones stick harder and 2. my hair is bleached several times and probably absorbs more color than one that has only been bleached once.

Hope you think it's a little fun to see them differently! I have more colors at home (two different blue ones for example) so shout out if you want to see them too so maybe Mila will show up when the yellow is gone.

Hug hug!
