A brown eyeliner may sound boring but oh how wrong you are then! :)
The eyeliner Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen in the mulberry-brown (cool brown with a little attraction to purple?) Shade Matte Mulberry is an incredibly nice shade that suits all people and all occasions, but it can also be used in many different ways thanks to the formula is creamy, quick-drying and durable. Me like!
Here are three different make-ups where this particular pen is in focus:
But first a little more info about the pen!
The creaminess - The fact that the pen is creamy means that you can easily both paint it sharply and fade it out for a more smoky effect.
Sustainability - The pen does not continue to be creamy but dries quickly (so you should erase it so you should not wait too long because then it is hard). And the result is rub-proof and waterproof! Holds great even along the moist waterline.
The pigment - The pen is available in several shades and is really rich in pigment, which makes it easy to work with and the result is intense in one go.
Look #1 - Eyeliner with wing
Making a sharp eyeliner with a wing with a pencil is not that difficult as long as the pencil is creamy, it does not even have to be particularly sharpened but you can easily pull the top against a piece of paper and you only shape the outer tip narrower when making the wing.
Prime with eyeshadow primer + powder before you start.
- Dab light gray-brown eye shadow on half eyelid and along the crease line
- Dab light eye shadow in the corner of the eye and up the innermost part of the eyelid
- Dark brown shadow at the end of the eyelid
- Paint eyeliner with wing with eyeliner
- Finish with mascara on all lashes.
Clear!
I have tattooed the light waterline light, but you can supplement with a light eyeliner for the same effect.

Look #2 - Soft makeup
This eye makeup is brighter than a smokey eye but a little more powder in the eyes than look no.1. For some it is a perfect everyday make-up and for others perfect party makeup!
A tip if you want to do this make-up but tone it down a bit is as simple as skipping putting the pen along the waterline. If you keep the waterline light, the whole impression immediately becomes much brighter.
Primer with eyeshadow primer before you begin.
- Paint the eyeliner along the waterline and the bottom lash line
- Blur the edges and continue with the pen outwards in the outer corner of the eye and obliquely upwards
- Paint along the entire upper lash line (quite wide) and at the end of the eyelid and erase upwards
- Wrap a brown shadow along the globe line, blurring it into the pen at the end of the eye
Dab light eyeshadow on the eyelid and on the bottom of the lower lash line - Dab silver-white shadow in the corner of the eye and finish with mascara on all lashes

Look #3 - Smokey eyes
Smokey eyes suit everyone! This sweep is milder than an all-black (which many people think is too hard) but still really effective. I added a little black eyeshadow to the outer edges as well for a little more depth.
It is possible to do a sweep with only this pencil, but if you still have a brown eyeshadow at home, I recommend using it very much anyway, when you put so much with the pen, it is a bit unnecessarily fussy to make such a large fade with just that. But it works! :)
Primer with eyeshadow primer before you begin.
- Paint the pen on the entire eyelid
- Fade in the edges (tip: make one eye at a time and blur quickly, the pen is very creamy but dries quickly)Â You do not need to tone yourself to death, it should not be sharp edges but then you make the fade softer with a shadow.
- Also paint along the waterline…
- … And then along the lower lash line and erase.
- Wrap a dark brown eye shadow in the globe line and down under the eye
- Dab light eye shadow in the corner of the eye and under the brow
- Dab black eyeshadow on the outside of the eyelid
- Smear on a little light, liquid glitter at the brow and finish with mascara on all lashes

In conclusion, I want to emphasize a myth / misunderstanding regarding having darkness along the waterline; Many people think that dark along the waterline reduces the eyes, but it does not if you also lay down on the lash line and soot under the eye :) then the eyes get bigger!
Hope you were inspired and that the post was helpful! ♥
