The hairspray I mentioned yesterday, which made my tight hair knot last all day without small hairs and hair strands falling out and made the hairstyle messy (even my half-length baby hairs on my neck stayed in place!) It was GHD Final Fix Hairspray which I got in the goodie bag from the event with The You Way!

You do not need much spray at all to get a durable hairstyle, and the packaging is large (400 ml) and since you need so little, it lasts a long time as well. So even though it is quite expensive, it is still worth the money in my opinion!

However, I think it makes the hair quite hard, I really like when you do not feel that you have hair spray, but for a tight ponytail and different sets, it is awesome! In addition, the hair becomes soft again as soon as you brush through it, then you do not feel the spray at all anymore, so the hardness does not bother me so much.

It also repels moisture, which is perfect when it is rainy weather like it is now (at least in Gimo).

This is what my tight knot looked like after 12 hours, when I had also worked 8 hours in a row, and as you can see, no baby hair or the like has released the slightest bit.

I was going to offer some pictures from yesterday! There was a photographer there in the evening so I didn't take much pictures then, I thought I would snap her pictures later instead;) But Lynn borrowed my camera and took some pictures when everyone was preparing, so I can show it already now!

It was thus 20 years ago that Gunilla owns the hair salon Creative Zone in Uppsala won the World Cup in Lodon. When she told me how it felt when they called out her name as the winner, to be the very best hairdresser in the whole competition, then I wished I was more of a competition person than I am. God so much fun if you were to win something so big at some point! :) But it's hard if you never compete hehe.

Here I stood all day and did party make-up on a conveyor belt! Everyone had different outfits and would have different make-up so it was super fun :) There were 11 models in total and I all put on make-up!

Surely she looked nice in this blue make-up? It glittered a lot in reality too. She looked a bit like Elsa in Frozen :)

All models were photographed by the photographer Juliana Fälldin, so I will offer those pictures later when they are ready!

Do you also think that the photographer is like me? Maybe hard to see from behind hehe but it was probably the way we stood and moved that many thought was the same, even Frida who knows me since babyhood thought she was me first haha. However, I have no better picture than this, but in the face you were probably not so similar I think :)

After the fashion show, I got a rose from cute Gunilla!

My look was a tight knot and glasses, I felt so dizzy so I wanted to make up for it by looking a little smart. Plus minus zero as well;) Nobody knows that my vision is topnoth and that it's just fake glasses hihi.

My knot stayed that tight and perfect all day by the way, without the hairs coming loose and becoming fluffy, which always happens to me otherwise. Must tell you about that hair spray soon! :)

Frida was on site and mingled with me as well, and then we ended the evening with a glass of rosé at the Station before it was time to go home.

A fast-paced and wonderful day at work as a makeup artist simply! I show you pictures of all the nice sets when they are ready, they were all so beautiful! Everyone at Creative Zone is so talented, can really recommend them! :)

Sorry for the bad update yesterday, I worked in Uppsala all day (made up 11 models) and it does not work to time posts on the new Finest (it should work but there is something wrong that I hope they fix soon) and I really did not have time to stand and try to publish my posts from the phone.

But here is the make-up I had intended to show you yesterday !:

I got a small wish make-up the other day which I thought sounded funny, so I thought I would share it today :)

Hi Helena! I saw your blog in a desperate attempt to find a nice make-up for a Christmas ball (hairstyle and prom dress fixed!) Now the only problem is the make-up… which I am hopeless at. It would be great if you could come up with some tips on how to put on make-up!

Lite info: I am "dirty blonde", ie brown-blonde, blow-gray eyes, ganska pale.

If you now have the time and desire to help me, (which I understand if you do not have!) Then I have a wish… I want to keep it quite simple and clean, kind of elegant / sweet. Since I am a beginner, it would be risky to do something too advanced.

ps I have no color palette at all at home, just one with beige / brown colors in it. I have a 50% discount on Yves Rocher, so if there is a palette where you could recommend, I would be more than grateful! ”

I had captured the silvery and the blue in my make-up, but in a discreet way. A blue eyeshadow on the entire eyelid can be too obvious a match for you to feel comfortable, but a small detail is just super nice! :)

I have used a light glitter, navy blue eyeliner, blue mascara (only on the lower lashes) and then red lips and nails to make the look more Christmas and festive!

This make-up fits the dress super nicely and is very easy to do :) The light eye shadow glitters super nicely in reality, but it's a little difficult to capture in the picture.
