Blue Bliss Makeup

Today I was inspired by IsaDora's new blue mascara that I received in a press release last week and it all resulted in a completely blue make-up! :)

I think so nice in the summer, especially on people with a slightly darker skin tone (either naturally or by the sun) because then the cold blue shade becomes such a nice contrast to the warm skin tone.

I did not think in itself that this particular mascara was super good… It is quite wet so it did not lift the lashes and I who did not bend my lashes before thought because they looked quite short as they did not get any volume, which I usually get of mascaras without bending before. But nice color! Can certainly be nice if you have another mascara underneath and want really cool blue lashes, so take this as a second layer :)

Holidays at Formentera Honey I'm home!

Now we are home in Sweden again after our holiday at Formentera! The blog will (after this post) start to roll on with daily beauty posts just as usual again and we are back at the salon full of energy :)

This was the first holiday in almost 3 years so it was really much needed. I was off for 3 weeks last year but that was when my mother had passed away, so it was not the case that you refueled energy immediately. But now I feel that I do not only have had a wonderful week - but I'm more alert than ever too!

Absolutely sick, this is how it feels to be alert and rested, I think now haha. I often think that people are tired and resilient when they have been free, but I really do not feel that way. All everyday chores such as washing dishes, washing, vacuuming, I do not even reflect on the fact that it is difficult anymore, I just see that it is needed and I do it immediately, no strange things. Nice :)

God it sounds like I've been gone a month haha! But a week is a lot for me as my last 2 years have looked.

Here we were at a beach called "the secret beach", ie the BEST place on earth! However, I have renamed it "mermaid bay" haha because it felt so exotic and harmonious, would not have been shocked if it had swam a mermaid and sat there :)

We found the place the last afternoon before we went home and now I want to go there again just to hang out on this little beach for a whole week. Magically!

This is how you went down there, on a stair-ish:

Meeen I was not really going to write so much about our holiday at Formentera now, other than that we have had a really good time and that we are home again. Though it was on the hair that we actually came home!

As I wrote in it previous post so we missed a whole day due to the plane delay, we went with Tui and they have had a lot of problems, we read in Aftonbladet later.

And do you know what happened on the way home? We had booked a transfer and received a text message 2 days before we are picked up by bus at 09.00. But there was no bus and after many ifs and buts we learn that Tui wrote the wrong info and that the bus was at the hotel at. 07.30! So it was us and a family with children with a baby, and when we did not get on the bus, no one from Tui tried to contact us and ask why we did not join. How sick?

There is a bus, boat and late bus again to get to the airport, and we had to stress-go away in a taxi more than 2 hours later than we should have left the hotel. We arrived at the airport 20 minutes (!) Before the flight left and had to hurry through luggage check-in and security checks before we finally got on the plane. Pjuh!

Here you see us on the boat, when we try to stay calm as our flight in this moment goes in 50 minutes and we are in the middle of the water outside Ibiza.. Many "what happened rum we miss the flight thoughts" galloped through our heads here you may believe haha.

But we he! It was as if Tui compensated our super tough trip there with a super fast return trip instead.

Anyway, we are very happy with the week, I can really recommend a holiday at Formentera! However, I can barely watch Tui-loggan longer, but we might just be unlucky, does not say that other airlines are necessarily better :)

Summery eyeliner in blue and purple

Today's make - up I received an unusual amount of compliments for at the salon, which was great fun! It is a look that is basically not so different, eyeliner with wing and mascara, but which thanks to a little well-chosen color mixes still stands out in the crowd even though you do not have more make-up than a "regular everyday make-up".

I enjoyed the fish in the water in this make-up, I hope you like it too! :)

Had a good brow day too which is always nice :) I use one serum from Refectocil for the eyebrows that make them grow. And with a little brow gel on it, I get them to stand straight up in the front edge which I think is so nice! #nöjdtjej haha

NYX Lid Lingerie - Everyday make-up

I have tested the cream eyeshadow NYX Lingerie Member (adlink) in the shade Night Glow earlier, I wrote a review and showed it in a make - up in this post.

Today I tested one of the other shades, the slightly lighter and more golden tone Nude to Me. Perfect eye shadow when you want a nice glow on the eyelid, a durable result and a quick application :)

The eyeshadow is, as I said, a cream that comes in a long and narrow sleeve, nice and practical!

The applicator is like a lip gloss and works really well. I apply it directly on the eyelid and for this light shade I did not need to fade the cream at all, but it is easy to do it with a brush at the edges if you want a softer tone.

Perfect make-up when you want a neutral eye makeup that at the same time emphasizes the eyes and is a little extra neat.

Surprise trip - Vamos a la playa at Formentera!

You have no idea how wonderful I am right now, because Miska and I are on vacation on Formentera woop woop! We drove a surprise trip :) ♥

Liver flea :)

Formentera is a quiet island off Ibiza with the world's finest turquoise waters and sandy beaches, so wonderful! My sister Malin is here with her boyfriend Glenn and their son Mille at almost 2 years old, and Miska and I decided to take a last minute trip here and surprise them last week, a surprise trip! They were so shocked and happy when we knocked on their hotel room haha, so much fun really!

It was a lot of stress at work to be able to be free this week, but it's so worth it and now I'm completely relaxed and disconnect from everything at home that is not urgent.

Then there are some acute problems that must be solved as well… type that my blog was down yesterday morning (if any of you did not come in here then that was why) but no stress is our motto here so nemas problemas :)

Laughter attack is what you see in the picture above haha. Holidays and abdominal exercises at once will be able to sum up this trip quite well I think :)

We were terribly lucky on the way here too, after only sleeping 3 hours we got up at 01.45 and headed towards Arlanda. 03.30 we were there and then became our flight delayed, delayed .. and delayed… and not until 21.00 in the evening did we finally take off, yes you understand, like 17 hours at an airport! I had time to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, sleep, learn Spanish, get drunk and sober again haha and play a number of games with Miska before we finally left. And when we arrived in Ibiza so late at night, the boat did not go to the island, so we had to sleep in another hotel before we finally arrived in Formentera a full day late.

But I was actually not ironic when I wrote that we were lucky with all this, because as compensation we were upgraded to a much nicer and larger room in the hotel, and according to an EU law (not fully loaded yet) you get a fixed amount as compensation when it has been so late, the amount is the same no matter where the trip cost, and since we got this trip (which is really expensive) at the last minute, the trip was almost free if everything goes as it should with the compensation Lol! Definitely worth missing a day for that, we are still here 6 full days :)

Then I have to give a little praise to me and Miska as well, who despite delays, etc. kept the mood up all the time at Arlanda and just laughed and had fun :) There is like nothing you can do about it anyway. Basically everyone else was so angry. And of course it is a thousand times harder for those with children (they could get hotel rooms for so long) but nothing actually gets better from getting angry and there is no reason to scold those who work at Arlanda. You just stood there and thought "do not shoot the messenger" and felt sorry for the staff there who had to take the whole blow haha.

But now we are finally here, bathing in the sea, laughing until the abdominal muscles ache and just relax and enjoy. It was a successful surprise trip!

I'm the only one who cares about sunscreen - and I'm the only one who's already burned me #inter fair. The sun is so strong and I am so pale and sensitive in winter!
